Amazing Staff and Great Service
During our recent stay at Cozumel Palace, we were truly blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs, always addressing us by our names and ensuring that all our needs were taken care of. Carlos, our waiter, was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. The entertainment staff, including Lesly, Juanjo, and Charly, made every day fun and exciting by keeping the pool crowd entertained. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious. We were also impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the resort grounds. the staff at Cozumel Palace truly made our stay memorable, and we can't wait to visit again.

We had a great time at a lovely resort with convenient access to Palancar reef for snorkeling, at an ideal location for those who are just landing, good food at the Italian and Mexican restaurants and a helpful staff, especially Suhey at the dive shop. Our well-stocked room had an ocean view, with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and daily service. We enjoyed the breakfast with a variety of options and the fun entertainment by the pool.
For those who want a more lively atmosphere, the resort may be too mellow with minimal entertainment.
